The Netflix Culture and High Performance

The Netflix company culture has been a talking point for years. Known for its stunning colleagues, unconventional policies and emphasis on high performance, Netflix is one of the most sought-after places to work. Not only has the culture of Freedom & Responsibility re-ignited debates amongst HR circles, it has also supported the organisation’s continued growth and transformation as it has scaled around the world. Founded in 1997, Netflix has grown to become the world’s leading internet television network with over 86 million members across 190 countries.

For the first time at HR Summit Asia, join Scott Domann, Director of Talent for Netflix’s Marketing, PR and international teams, as he uncovers:

  • The company’s renowned culture and how that has helped to motivate performance and build a great workplace
  • What it means to thrive in a high performance work environment
  • How the Netflix culture influences the company’s hiring policies and encourages employees to work together as a "pro sports team"
