Being a humourous and thought-provoking public speaker, Andy is highly sought after and also possesses extensive cross-border experience, having trained in Amsterdam, Shanghai, Taipei, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Macau, Malaysia and Indonesia with all levels of organisations.
Andy has been designing and delivering training programmes for over a decade and his key competencies are in team development, communication skills, conflict management, personal development, sales training, public speaking and employee engagement.
He was in the team of trainers who trained over 1000 volunteer leaders from the Singapore Youth Olympic Games Organising Committee (SYOGOC) in volunteer and people management skills. In 2013, Andy was also heavily involved in the design and delivery of various team-based/facilitation programmes, like Our Singapore Conversation, and with luminaries such as the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister and other members of the Cabinet Office.
He is certified in the use of Emergenetics – a modern profiling instrument that helps determine our thinking and behavioural preferences and is also a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner.
Andy has also been a guest speaker on The Breakfast Club on 93.8LIVE and a regular contributor to The Straits Times Recruit and The New Paper.
